奚康生（486年 - 521年），北魏軍事人物，先世為部落酋帥。奚康生有武藝，魏孝文帝任用他為宗子隊主。他作戰勇猛，官至州刺史。魏孝明帝擔任右衛將軍。他和元叉、劉騰通謀，廢黜靈太后胡氏。他和元叉結為姻親。任撫軍大將軍、河南尹。後來和元叉反目成仇，想要擁立靈太后複位，倉促起事，飲酒過量，被元叉執殺。其子奚難，任千牛備身，奚康生死後，徙安州被殺。
