阿史那忠（611年 - 675年），唐朝軍人，字義節。突厥蘇尼失（阿史那蘇、懷德元王）之子。跟隨父親入唐為官。貞觀初年，被唐太宗提拔為左屯衛將軍，迎娶定襄縣主（唐太宗貴妃韋珪和前夫生的女兒）為妻。父親死後，繼承薛國公的爵位。637年，檢校長州都督。639年，阿史那思摩被唐朝立為突厥可汗，阿史那忠為左賢王。出塞外，鬱鬱不樂，唐朝使者來見，他請稟告唐太宗准許他回朝為官，唐太宗准許了。
永徽年間，阿史那忠歷任左武衛大將軍、右驍衛大將軍。後為長岑道行軍大總管，攻擊鐵勒、契丹的入侵。668年，為青海道行軍大總管，防備弓月和吐蕃，之後轉任西域道安撫大使、西域道行軍大總管。675年，阿史那忠在洛陽尚善里的私邸去世，被追贈鎮軍大將軍之位，謚號貞，陪葬唐昭陵。時人稱阿史那忠是唐代的金日磾。
