斛斯政6世紀？ - 614年，隋朝官員，河南洛陽人。斛斯椿之孫。父斛斯恢，官散騎常侍、新蔡郡公。早年斛斯政為親衛，後來以軍功授予儀同。大業年間，斛斯政作為尚書兵曹郎。漸漸成為隋煬帝信任，楊玄感兄弟和他們交好。隋煬帝第一次征高句麗，斛斯政為兵部侍郎。當時，隋煬帝經略四方，軍國多務，斛斯政處事果斷幹練，很得煬帝信任。楊玄感造反時，斛斯政曾和他通謀，事情敗露，逃至高麗。大業十年（614年），隋發動第三次征遼戰爭，當時中原盜賊蜂起，「人多流亡，所在阻絕，軍多失期」，不過高麗也是困乏已極，無力再戰，遂遣使請降，並將斛斯政獻出求和，隋朝軍隊將他帶回京城，宇文述建議「要用非常之刑」，如楊積善之法，十一月二日， 斛斯政於金光門外，綁縛于柱上，被公卿百僚用弓箭擊射而死，死後被人臠割其肉，挫骨揚灰。
