湄：《唐韻》武悲切《集韻》《韻會》旻悲切，𠀤音眉。《爾雅·釋水》水草交爲湄。《釋名》湄，眉也。臨水如眉也。《詩·秦風》在水之湄。《傳》水隒也。正義曰：隒是山岸湄是水岸，故曰水隒。亦與麋通。《詩·小雅》居河之麋。《箋》麋，本又作湄。又湖名。《水經注》淮水左迤爲湄湖。又《集韻》乃管切，音煖。與渜同。湯也。《集韻》或作𣽪㵟𤃰𤃱。
