81  | ○禁芴閒袷聞┢髭 |
| 82 | 古之聖王，臨御天下，莫不務農敦本，寶儉為先，蓋用勤身率下也。屬東耕啟候，爰事芴鎩＝欲勸彼蒸人，所以執茲耒耜。如聞有司所造農器，妄加雕飾，殊匪典章。況紺轅縹軛，固前王有制；崇奢尚靡，諒為國所疵。靜言思之，良用歎息。豈朕法堯舜重茅茨之意邪，其所造雕飾者宜停。仍令有司依農用常式，即別改造，庶萬方黎獻，知朕意焉。 |
