72  | 此霍亂之因傷寒而致者，故兼有頭痛發熱身痛諸表證也。雖欲飲水，而表證未罷，故以五苓散為兩解之法。二方皆為風寒而設，熱多，謂表熱未衰；寒多，謂里寒較盛。于一病中，察其內外之輕重，而辨邪氣之聚散，以施治法。聖人辨證，詳盡如是。而後人顢，或至誤會。凡夏秋熱霍亂之口渴者，輒用五苓，多致僨事。須知桂朮為渴家所忌，惟風寒之邪，鬱阻氣機，至水液不行而渴者，始可用以行氣化水也。 |
