100  | 時人困饑流散，豪右多有占奪，安世乃上疏陳均量之制，孝文深納之。後均田之制，起於此矣。出為相州刺史，假趙郡公。敦農桑，斷淫祀。西門豹、史起有功於人者，為之脩飾廟堂。表薦廣平宋翻、陽平路恃慶，皆為朝廷善士。初，廣平人李波宗族強盛，殘掠不已，前刺史薛道𢷋親往討之，大為波敗，遂為逋逃之藪，公私成患。百姓語曰：「李波小妹字雍容，褰裙逐馬如卷蓬。左射右射必疊雙，婦女尚如此，男子那可逢！」安世設方略，誘波及諸子姪三十餘人，斬於鄴市，州內肅然。病卒于家。 |
