5  | 水之難化，較甚於穀。水穀消磨，化而為氣，上歸肺部，氣降津生，由經絡而滲膀胱，是為小便。水注於前，則穀傳於後而大便堅硬。陽衰土濕，但能化穀，不能化水，水穀並入於二腸，故大便利而小便澀。木性上達，水盛土濕，脾氣下陷，抑乙木升達之性，鬱怒衝突，則生痛脹。衝而莫達，則下決穀道而為溏泄。小便之利，木泄之也。水入二腸而不入膀胱，故乙木下泄，但能開其穀道，不能開其水道。水道不通，短澀而黃赤者，土濕木陷而不能泄也。淋瀝之家，小便偏澀，噎嗝之家，大便偏塞，雖溺色紅濁，糞粒堅小，而實緣脾土濕寒，木鬱不能疏泄， 鬱陷而生風熱， 傳於下竅， 無關於中焦也。 |
