18  | 本朝河之魚，有豚其名者，遊於橋間而觸其柱，怒其柱之觸已也，則張頰植鬛怒腹而浮於水，飛鳶過而攫之，磔其腹而食之，因逰而觸物，不知罪已妄肆其忿，至於磔腹而死，悲夫！歐公謂河豚出於暮，春食栁絮而肥，殆不然，今浙人食河豚於上元前江隂，冣先得方出時，一尾直千錢，二月後一尾纔百錢耳栁絮，時人已不食，謂之班子，或言腹中生蟲，故惡之東坡詩云：「竹外桃花三兩枝，春江水煖鴨，先知，蔞蒿滿地蘆芽短，正是河豚欲上時，此正是二月景，致是時河豚已盛矣，欲上之語似乎未穏經筵官㑹資善堂東坡，盛稱河豚之美，呂元明問其味，曰：直那一死？河豚，盛氣善怒，毎伏水底，必設網于上，故以物就而觸之，彼將奮怒而上，遂為所獲。吳人目其腹腴，為西施乳。春洲生荻芽，春岸飛楊花河豚。當是時，實不數魚蝦忿腹，若封豕怒目，猶吳蛙庖煎，茍失所入，喉為鏌鎁非鱗，亦非介芒刺皮如蝟，觀形固可憎，況復論腸胃烏賊。 |
