饋食之籩,其實棗、㮚、桃、乾、榛實。饋食,薦孰也。今吉禮存者,《特牲》、《少牢》,諸侯之大夫士祭禮也。不祼、不薦血腥,而自薦孰始,是以皆云饋食之禮。乾,乾梅也。有桃諸、梅諸,是其乾者。榛,似栗而小。○,音老,徐力到反。榛,則巾反,劉士鄰反。少牢,詩詔反,凡言「少牢」皆放此。祼,古亂反。

[疏]「饋食」至「榛實」○釋曰:此謂朝踐薦腥後,堂上更體其犬豕牛羊烹孰之時,后先謂之饋食之籩也。其八籩者,其實棗一也,栗二也,桃三也,乾謂乾梅,四也,榛實五也。其於八籩,仍少三。案:乾既為乾梅,經中桃是濕桃,既有濕桃、乾梅,明別有乾桃,則注引《內則》桃諸,鄭云是其乾者。既有濕桃,明有濕梅可知。以乾梅濕梅二者,添五者為七籩。案:桃梅既並有乾濕,則棗中亦宜有乾濕,復取一,添前為八也。必知此五者之中有八者,案:《儀禮·特牲》、《少牢》,士二籩二豆,大夫四籩四豆,諸侯宜六,天子宜八。《醢人》饋食之豆有八,此饋食之籩言六,不類。又上文朝事之籩言八,下加籩亦八,豈此饋食在其中六乎?數事不可,故以義參之為八。若不如此,任賢者裁之也。○注「饋食」至「而小」○釋曰:云:「饋食,薦孰也」者,謂於堂上饋熟之時后薦之。云「今吉禮存者」,吉禮謂祭祀,以其天子諸侯祭祀之禮亡,故云存者。云「《特牲》、《少牢》諸侯之大夫士祭禮也」者,以天子大夫大牢祭,今用《特牲》、《少牢》,故知諸侯大夫士祭禮也。云「不祼、不薦血腥」者,若天子諸侯,則有室中二祼、堂上朝踐薦血腥之禮,大夫則無此二者也。云「而自薦孰始,是以皆云饋食之禮」者,天子諸侯大夫士雖同名饋食,仍有少別。何者?天子諸侯尸食前仍有饋獻二,是饋孰陰厭,陰厭後,尸入室食,乃獻;大夫士則饋孰與黍稷為陰厭,陰厭前無饋獻,以此為異耳。云「乾,乾梅也」者,以經乾上有桃,故知乾乾梅也。云「有桃諸、梅諸」者,《內則》文。而鄭引之者,證乾中有乾桃、乾梅,故云「是其乾」者,云「榛似栗而小」者,今居山者見食之,似栗而小,亦目驗知之。
