17  | 暨縱橫互起，力戰爭雄，秦兼天下，而著《戰國策》。其篇有東西二周、秦、齊、燕、楚、三晉、宋、衛、中山，合十二國，分為三十三卷。夫謂之策者，蓋錄而不序，謂時序。故即簡簡徚。以為名，或云，漢代劉向以戰國游士為之一脫「之」字。策謀，因謂之《戰國策》。 |
