23  | 九天應元雷聲普化天尊，九聲九拜。臣法衆等志心，皈身皈神皈命神霄投誠玉府。重念弟子某等，凡胎濁質，走肉行屍，歷劫迨今，罪如山海。或慮五行奇蹇，九曜嶔㠌，年逢刑衝，運值剋戰，行藏坎壈，動用兇危。或沉痾伏枕，痼疾壓身。或盟詛呪誓之所招，或債垛負償之所致。三世結釁，異劫興仇。或自己興修，他人改卜，有犯九壘土皇。身黃命煞，官符赤口，劍鋒飛廉，二十四位，千二百神，動致口牙，易生獄訟。從今懺謝，永誓歸依。恭願普運慈悲，曲垂原赦，綏之庇覆，錫以生全。臣等志心稽首，禮謝無上正真三寶。 |
