《鐵圍山叢談卷第一》
13  | 哲宗即位甫十歲，於是宣仁高后垂簾而聽斷焉。及寖長，未嘗有一言。宣仁在宮中，每語上曰："彼大臣奏事，乃胸中且謂何，奈無一語耶？"上但曰："娘娘已處分，俾臣道何語？"如是益恭默不言者九年。時又久已納后。至是上年十有九矣，猶未復辟。一旦宣仁病且甚，尚時時出御小殿，及將大漸，謂大臣曰："太皇以久病，懼不能自還，為之奈何？"大臣同辭而奏："願供張大慶殿。"宣仁未及荅，上於簾內忽出聖語，曰："自有故事。"大臣語塞，既趨下，退相視曰："我輩其獲罪乎？"翌日，自上命軸簾，吳本無"自"字。出御前殿，召宰輔，諭太皇太后服藥，宜赦天下。不數日，宣仁登仙，上始親政焉。上所以街諸大臣者，匪獨坐變更，後數數輿臣僚論昔垂簾事，曰："朕只見臋（上北下肉）。"魯公頃為愚道之，亦深歎哲廟之英睿也。 |
