46  | 桃蟲，鷦。其雌鴱。鷦𪃧，桃雀也。俗呼為巧婦。○鴱，音艾。 |
| 47 | ［疏］「桃蟲，鷦。其雌鴱」。○釋曰：舍人曰：「桃蟲名鷦，其雌名鴱。」郭云：「鷦𪃧，桃雀也。俗呼為巧婦。」此鷦𪃧小鳥而生雕鶚者也。《詩·周頌》云：「肇允彼桃蟲，拚飛維鳥。」毛傳云：「桃蟲，鷦也。鳥之始小終大者。」陸機《疏》云：「今鷦鷯是也。微小於黃雀，其雛化而為雕，故俗語鷦鷯生雕。」鄭《詩箋》云：「鷦之所為鳥題肩也，或曰，皆惡聲之鳥。」其義未詳。《方言》說巧婦之名，「自關而東謂之工爵，或謂之過［B184］，或謂之女𪀘，自關而東謂之鸋。自關而西謂之桑飛，或謂之心蔑爵」是也。 |
