9  | 牛病自死者，血脈已絕，骨髓已竭，不可食之。誤食令人生疔暴亡，發痼疾、痃癖、洞下、疰病。瘟牛暴死者，不可食。獨肝者有大毒，令人痢血至死。北人牛瘦，多以蛇從鼻灌，故爾獨肝。水牛則無之，啖蛇牛毛髮白而後順者，是也。人乳可解其毒。 |
