93  | 方書每以左癱屬血虛，右瘓屬氣虛。據述頻年已來，齒疼舌赤，常有精濁。納穀如昔，卒然右偏，肢痿舌強，口喁語蹇，脈浮數動。此乃肝腎兩虛，水不涵木，肝風暴動，神必昏迷。河間所謂肝腎氣厥，舌瘩不語，足痱無力之證。伹腎屬坎水，真陽內藏，宜溫以攝納；而肝藏相火內寄，又宜涼以清之。溫腎之方，參入涼肝，是為複方之用。 |
