《奇經八脈考》
1  | 督乃陽脈之海，其脈起於腎下胞中，至於少腹，乃下行於腰橫骨圍之中央，繫溺孔之端。男子循莖下至篡，女子絡陰器合篡間，俱繞篡後屏翳穴前陰後陰之間也，別繞臀至少陰，與太陽中絡者，合少陰，上股內廉，由會陽在陰尾尻骨兩旁，凡二穴。貫脊，會於長強穴，在骶骨端，與少陰會。並脊裏上行，歷腰腧二十一椎下、陽關十六椎下、命門十四推下、懸樞十三椎下、脊中十一椎下、中樞十椎下、筋縮九椎下、至陽七椎下、靈臺六椎下、沖道五椎下、身柱三椎下、陶道大椎下、大椎一椎下，與手足三陽會合。上啞門項後入發際五分，會陽維，入繫舌本，上至風府項後入髮際一寸大筋內宛宛中，會足太陽、陽維同入腦中，循腦戶在枕骨上、強間百會後三寸、後頂百會後一寸半，上巔，歷百會頂中央旋毛中、前頂百會前一寸半、顖會百會前三寸即顖門、上星（顖會前一寸），至神庭顖會前二寸，直鼻上，入髮際五分，為足太陽、督脈之會。循額中，至鼻柱，經素髎鼻準頭也、水溝即人中，會手足陽明，至兌端在唇上端。入齦交上齒縫中，與任脈、足陽明交會而終。凡三十一穴。 |
