18  | 二十年正月，征遼還，幸并州。庚辰，引從官及太原父老宴，賜物有差。因下詔曰：「太原之地，興運所階，全晉之人，義深惟舊。自朕恭膺寶歷，二紀于茲，何嘗不御。粘せ誠腡，帕曛風雨，臨軒遠感，念大麓之楚椎。膘洞聳蹦，送身而拯溺。實賴同德，並嬴糧而樂推。役不踰年，遂清區域。諒繇成都之眾，謳訟闡虞帝之功。戰牧之徒，歌舞興周王之業。仗茲協力，竟至升平，懷彼勤勞，可忘晷刻。既因垂拱之暇，再省創業之方，周歷郊原，宛如疇昔。訪其父老已多，長謝不見所識，魏后遂以興嗟。┰彼故人，漢皇因而式宴。前王。是日哀樂交懷，在朕深衷義符於此。是用具陳廣樂，共申高宴，取譬還譙之賞，同彼幸代之情。仍曲赦并州管內大辟已下繫囚見徒，皆赦除之。常赦所不免者，不在赦例」。 |
