21  | 仁宗至和二年，河決大名館陶，殿中丞李仲昌請自澶州商胡河穿六墶渠，入橫隴故道，以披其勢。富弼是其策，詔發三十萬丁脩六墶河以回河道，以仲昌提舉河渠。仲昌塞商胡，北流入六墶，河不能容，明年復決，水死者數千萬人。 |
