《七卷 經絡類》
44  | 手太陰之別，名曰列缺，起於腕上分間，並太陰之經，直入掌中，散入於魚際，此下即十五絡穴也。不曰絡而曰別者，以本經由此穴而別走鄰經也。手太陰之絡名列缺，在腕後一寸五分，上側分肉間，太陰自此別走陽明者。其太陰本經之脈，由此直入掌中，散於魚際也。人或有寸關尺三部脈不見，自列缺至陽谿見者，俗謂之反關脈，此經脈虛而絡脈滿，千金翼謂陽脈逆，反大於氣口三倍者是也。其病實則手銳掌熱，虛則欠㰦，小便遺數，取之去腕半寸，別走陽明也。掌後高骨為手銳骨。實為邪熱有餘，故手銳掌熱。欠㰦，張口伸腰也。虛因肺氣不足，故為欠㰦及小便遺而且數。通俗文曰：體倦則伸，志倦則㰦也。治此者取列缺，謂實可瀉之，虛可補之。後諸經皆準此。半寸當作寸半。此太陰之絡別走陽明，而陽明之絡曰偏歷，亦入太陰，以其相為表裏，故互為注絡以相通也。他經皆然。㰦音去。 |
