130  | 上览奏，以付翰林臣曰：「瑄言皆当，令所司速行。」又曰：「大臣能用心如此，亦难。」遂降敕奖谕之，敕曰：「朕嗣承大统，君国子民之心，夙夜惓惓，卿所陈数事，皆今切务，览之再三，良契于怀。已敕所司施行，惟卿忠爱之诚，嘉念不忘，特兹奖谕，想宜知悉。」敕下，左右或言瑄亦常谈，无足烦宠褒者，上曰：「武臣能言及此，难得，且今皆惧言出得罪，所当奖掖以导之，古人尚买死马骨，吾此举，岂不远过之哉 ？」 |
