162  | ○原任狹西河西道孔聞謤奏言臣家宗子衍聖公孔允植、已率四氏子孫告之祖廟、俱遵令剃發訖。但念先聖為典禮之宗、顏曾孟三大賢、並起而羽翼之。其定禮之大者、莫要於冠服。先聖之章甫縫掖、子孫世世守之是以自漢暨明、制度雖各有損益。獨臣家服制、三千年來未之有改。今一旦變更。恐於皇上崇儒重道之典、有未備也。應否蓄發、以複先世衣冠、統惟聖裁得上□日、剃發嚴上□日、違者無赦。孔聞謤、疏求蓄發。已犯不赦之條。姑念聖裔、免死。況孔子聖之時。似此違制、有玷伊祖時中之道。著革職永不敘用。 |
