272  | 注解：契也。小宰：官府之八成。大鄭曰：稱責謂貣予。傅別謂券書，聽訟責者以券書決之。傅，傅箸約束於文書。別，別為兩，兩家各得一也。書契，符書也。質劑謂市中平價，今月平是也。後鄭曰：傅別謂為大手書於一札，中字別之。書契謂出子受入之凡要。凡簿書之冣目、獄訟之要辭皆曰契。春秋傳曰：王叔氏不能舉其契。質劑謂兩書一札，同而別之。長曰質，短曰劑，質劑皆今之券書也。按云今之券書者，謂漢時名券書。其實券字自古有之也。大部曰：契，大約也。引易□辭書契。從刀□聲。去願切。十四部。券別之書，□刀判契其旁，契，各本作契，今正。判，分也。契，刻也。兩家各一之書牘，分刻其旁，使可兩合以為信。韓子曰：宋人得遺契而數其齒是也。故曰書契。書契，鉉作契券，鍇無書，皆非也，今正。書契謂易□辭、周禮小宰所云書契也。書而契之是曰書契，契、契音同。此三句說從刀之意。 |
