徐倬鄉賢留祀冊，字方虎，號蘋村，徳清人。十嵗就試，冠一軍，十七游會稽，以詩文受知倪文正，元璐遂執經於門，文正復挈之謁劉蕺山，宗周自是以正學為依歸。崇禎之季，社事朋興，争欲引重，而倬恥事徵逐，講學於羌山、荷浦之間，從游者日進。康熙癸丑成進士，選入史館，授編修，乞歸養者十年。服闋赴京，轉司業。癸酉，主順天鄉試，尋致仕，時年已七十。學老文鉅靈光巋，然碑版之文照爛，四方聖駕求請者踵相接。乙酉， 南幸，駐蹕西湖。
