23  | ○山西飢沈王埕堯晉王敏淳輔國中尉充蒏慶成王慎鐘永和王長子敏□□淮輔國中尉新堤等各捐金助賑撫按以聞 上嘉之各賜敕給扁以沈王所捐獨多命撫按官豎坊備禮以彰優異 改四川總兵劉緹為南京右軍都督府僉書禠總兵萬鏊游擊紫尚仁職行巡按御史提問究罪命總督李化龍相機移駐重慶調度三省鎮道官兵所需兵餉戶部亟行處發仍禁漏洩處播軍情時萬鏊所部建武兵多有虛冒道府以法繩之鏊怒與尚仁縱家丁鼓噪分剽幾釀大變督按以狀聞並糾其通夷納賄事情劉綎受命赴蜀逗遛不進建議征播必用精兵二十萬人倍其餉不許損傷不限年月不繇中制不許指摘隆權重體惟其所為於是科道交章論之且言兵貴精不貴多今督臣以兵少遲留恐誤疆事乞催令移駐重慶兵部覆議上請故有是命 |
