21  | 聾者可令嗺筋、而不可使有聞也。王云：嗺筋，未詳，《易林·蒙之離》亦云：抱關傳言聾跛摧筋。 案：《玉篇·口部》云：嗺，撮口也。筋不可以言嗺，嗺當為嚼之譌。〈考工記〉弓人云：筋欲敝之敝《注》：鄭司農云：嚼之當熟。賈《疏》云：筋之椎打嚼齧、欲得勞敝。是嚼筋為漢時常語，卽謂椎打之、使柔熟、以纏弓弩也。嚼俗作𠻘，與「嗺」形近□而致誤。《易林》展轉傳寫，又誤作「摧」，益不可通矣。 |
