75  | 先是，五坊小兒張捕鳥雀于閭里者，皆為暴棋先，悉薦翻。橫，戶孟翻。以取人錢物，至有張羅網于門不許人出入者，或張井上使不得沒者，沒，沒水也。近之，輒曰「汝驚供奉鳥雀！」即痛毆之，近，其靳翻。毆，烏口，擊也。出錢物求謝，乃去。或相聚飲食于酒食之肆，醉飽而去，賣者或不知，就索其直，多被毆詈；或時留蛇一囊為質，索，山客翻。被，皮義翻。質，音致。曰：「此蛇所以致鳥雀而捕之者，今留付汝，幸善飼之，飼，與坔同，祥吏翻。勿令飢渴。」賣者愧謝求哀，乃攜挈而去。上在東宮，皆知其弊，故即位首禁之。 |
