102  | 戶科都給事中劉昂等劾奏：「子俊取民無度，用財無節。國家賦有定制，今則創為預徵；邊有常供，今則索於額外。借漕運而京儲因以不充，急㧒運而京民為之擾動。乞逮至京，明正其罪。以為大臣妄費邊儲之戒。」御史朱欽等奏：「子俊於凋弊之餘，輒興城堡之築。事不酌其可否，功惟幸其必成。遂致邊備空虛，群情嗟怨。」疏並入。上命工部侍郎杜謙等勘報還奏。以為子俊在邊未及二年，費用官銀一百五十萬餘兩，糧料二百三十萬石。雖出公用，然亦勞民傷財，不為無罪。上曰：「子俊處置乖方，費用數多。姑置不問，革太子太保，令致仕去。」 |
