《卷三十六》
142  | 蠟氏掌除骴。《曲禮》四「足死者曰漬」。故書「骴」作「脊」。鄭司農云：脊讀為㱴，謂死人骨也。《月令》曰「掩骼埋骴」，骨之尚有肉者也。及禽獸之骨皆是。○蠟，清預反。骴，似賜反，注「㱴」、「骴」皆同，㱴又作漬。脊，子亦反，李慈益反。骼，古百反。 |
| 143 | ［疏］注「曲禮」至「皆是」。○釋曰：《曲禮》者，彼謂四足之獸相漸漬而有疫死，此骴謂肉腐，義理有殊。引之者，直取音同。仍取四足死者即有肉腐之骴也。先鄭云「死人骨也」者，以人骨為主，其中兼四足之骨也。《月令》者，彼據孟春，春是生氣，骨是死氣，為死氣逆生氣，故埋之。此官在秋者，是陰，故屬秋。引之者，除骴是同故也。彼注云「骨枯曰骼，肉腐曰骴」，骴言埋，亦掩之，骼言掩，亦埋之，義無異，互言耳。故云「腐骨之尚有肉者也」，則肉腐曰骴，亦一也。云「及禽獸之骨皆是」者，即「四足曰漬」在其中。按《詩》云「行有死人，尚或殣之」，又下云「若有死於道路者，則令埋之」，今得有死人骨者，近道人見者，令埋之。其有死於溝壑者，蠟氏除之。 |
