44  | 夏四月壬戌，教曰：「予方崇学校，欲理邦家。廓开函丈之筵，广募抠衣之子，给田庄而肄业，差文学以为师。年年悬甲乙之科，征诸俊乂，日日访丘园之士，待彼英髦，务得博识之儒，使助眇虫之政。悬旌勿怠，侧席忘疲。然牛毛之学者虽多，麟角之成人甚少。空系名于国学，罕较艺于春场，宵旰凝怀，寝兴轸虑。近览有司所进举人名数，唯大学助教宋承演，罗州牧经学博士全辅仁诱以能谆，合宣父博文之意，诲而不倦，副寡人劝学之心，宜加奖擢之恩，用示殊尤之宠。」 |
