建隆元年春正月乙巳，詔改元，大赦天下，國號大宋。己酉，命官分告天地、社稷，遣中使乗傳齎詔諭天下。丁巳，祀周廟，因詔有司以時朝拜祭享，令有司議立宗廟。己巳，議立四廟。鎭州言太原、契丹軍皆遁。二月乙亥，尊帝母南陽郡太夫人杜氏曰皇太后。以周宰相范質兼侍中，王溥、魏仁浦仍同中書門下平章事。樞密使吳廷祚同中書門下二品。己卯，以吳越國王錢俶為天下兵馬大元帥。三月壬戍，有司上皇髙祖文安府君諡曰文獻皇帝，廟號僖祖。皇髙祖妣崔氏諡曰文懿皇后，陵曰欽陵。皇曾祖中丞府君諡曰惠元皇帝，廟號順祖。皇曾祖妣桑氏諡曰惠明皇后，陵曰康陵。皇祖驍衞府君諡曰簡恭皇帝，廟號翼祖。皇祖妣京兆郡夫人劉氏諡曰簡穆皇后，陵曰定陵。皇考武清府君諡曰昭武皇帝，廟號宣祖，陵曰安陵。有司言國家受周禪，周木德木生火，當以火德王，色尚赤，臘用戌。夏四月，昭義軍節度使李筠叛，命石守信、髙懷德率師討之。五月己亥朔，日有食之。癸卯，石守信敗李筠於長平。丙午，周六廟成。丁巳，詔親征。削奪李筠官爵，吳廷祚為東京留守，皇弟為大內都㸃檢。己未，發京師。甲子，石守信、髙懷德破李筠三萬衆于澤州南。六月辛巳，皇帝命衞士攻拔澤州，李筠伏誅。乙酉，北伐潞州。丁亥，筠子守節降，澤潞平。辛卯，赦天下。丁酉，班師。秋七月戊申，皇帝至自澤、潞。八月戊辰朔，入閤。甲申，立琅邪郡夫人王氏為皇后，趙普樞密副使。九月丙午，冊四親廟。戊申，荊南髙保融卒。淮南節度使李重進叛，命王審琦、李處耘、宋廷渥率師討之，削奪李重進官爵。冬十月丁亥，詔親征皇弟為大內都㸃檢，吳廷祚為東京留守。庚寅，發京師。丁未，次●州，即日拔其城，李重進伏誅，揚州平。十二月己巳，班師。丁亥，皇帝至自揚州，泉州留從效稱藩。
