42  | 甲戌，以刑部侍郎、知青州李士衡為三司使。帝作《寬財利論》賜士衡，士衡請刻聖製於本廳，從之。士衡方進用，王欽若害之。會帝論時文之弊，欽若因言：「路振，文人也，然不識體。」帝曰：「何也？」曰：「士衡父誅死，而振為贈告，乃曰『世有顯人』。」帝頷之，士衡以故不大用。 |
