187  | 吳樵，淳祐中平江節度推官賢而有才，敏於吏事，憲司請入僉幕，多所裨贊，諸司交薦之。包恢字宏父，建昌人。景定中，知平江，豪有奪民田寄公租誣上者，恢上疏指為以小民祈天永命之一事，上覽奏惻然，罪任事者即歸民田。趙順孫，字和仲，縉雲人。咸祐四年，知平江郡庾空乏，例以夏初徵民租，順孫謂古者十月納禾稼，先期半載，民何以堪為？經營助糴，得免預徵。常懋，字長孺，淳祐七年，調常熟尉，公廉自持，不畏强禦，部使者交薦之，後辟差平江府百萬倉檢察，不受和糴事例，戢吏卒苛取。發運使趙與𥲅兼提㸃刑獄，屬懋檢覆，雪無錫翟氏寃獄。監江淮茶鹽所蕪湖局，不受商稅贏，改知嘉定縣，歳大水，勸分和糴，按籍均敷以薦簽書臨安府判官。文天祥，字宋瑞，廬陵人。德祐元年，知平江，㑹獨松關告急，趣天祥入衞，去數日，平江城守王邦傑開門降。二年，天祥以資政殿學士詣巴延軍前講解，索多問曰：「何以去平江？」天祥曰：「有。詔趣入衞。問兵若干，曰：「五萬索」。多嘆曰：「天也。使丞相在平江，必不降，但累城內百姓耳」。 |
