63  | 世為《神農學》者，大要以察脈論病為急。然醫經方書，祖述浩博，罕際其會，非性識穎銳，通貫文藝者，曷究其蘊？河南蕭君處厚簪紱名家，少業儒術，屢應鄉薦，士大夫賢而愛之。處厚嘗因伯父及母氏數不妄節，醫家者流率多庸淺，固留意於醫，輒詣淵奧，鄉曲間有少癆必就之取愈，處厚不以貧富待之如一，賢不肖以此尤重之。嘗閱《內經》及歷代書訣，患其隱昧難曉，撮取眾善，類成一編，名曰《脈粹》。雖根本聖賢，而指括徑捷；視醫道如指掌，誠書訣之喉衾也。不忍管攉其善，且欲傳之於人，庶札瘥者無鄙夫之患，稚子耋翁，胥格仁壽，實大君子用心矣。與夫得一要義重囊深櫝，惟恐人見聞者，萬萬相遠。予承乏邑事，既熟處厚之為人，復嘉其存意，故舉其大略冠于篇。治平三年五月既望，大常博士知吉州龍泉縣事姚誼序。 |
