《金史·本紀第四》：丙午，以右丞相亮為左丞相，判大宗正事宗本為尚書右丞相，左副元帥宗敏為都元帥，南京留守宗賢為左副元帥兼西京留守。
完顏宗本（？ - 1150年），女真名完顏阿魯，為金朝皇族，金太宗完顏晟的兒子。

皇統九年（1149年），以他為尚書省右丞相兼中書令、進太保，領三省事，為原王。完顏亮建議金熙宗不要對宗本重用。完顏亮篡位，以宗本為太傅，領三省事。天德二年（1150年），完顏亮讓他到宮中擊球，將其殺害。大定二年（1162年），金世宗追封宗本為潞王。
