元丕（422年 - 503年），鮮卑名渴言侯，追尊魏烈帝拓跋翳槐玄孫，樂城侯拓跋興都之子。開始是羽林中郎，北魏獻文帝時候，以誅殺乙渾之功，進封升遷為尚書令。北魏孝文帝時，官居侍中、司徒公，入八議，參與朝政。孝文帝提議遷都，他主張遷都鄴城，但孝文帝最終遷都洛陽。後任太傅，錄尚書事。他不願意行漢俗，出外為并州刺史。因參與穆泰謀反，削職為民。景明四年薨逝，年八十二歲。詔贈左光祿大夫、冀州刺史，謚號平。
