洪适（1117年 - 1184年），字景伯，號盤洲，宋朝饒州鄱陽人。洪皓長子，洪邁之兄。以父蔭補修職郎。紹興十二年（1142年），中博學宏詞科。第二年，父親洪皓從金國歸來。因為洪皓抗逆秦檜，洪适出為台州通判。秦檜死後，洪适知荊門軍。改知徽州，提舉江東路常平茶鹽，開始議論役法不均。宋孝宗時，官至司農少卿，乾道元年（1165年）十二月，拜尚書右僕射、同中書門下平章事兼樞密使，次年三月而罷。淳熙十一年（1184年）薨，年六十八，謚文惠。喜歡收藏金石，並以此考証史傳錯訛。著作有《隸釋》、《隸續》、《盤洲集》等。
