王旦字子明士魏州人為通判鄭州請天下置常平倉 學 時上稱 朕致太平者必斯人錢宣靖薦可大用遂㕘政累用任中正代張詠守蜀可知丁謂當權必有身 言欽若不可相 薦相者十餘人惟凌䇿李及不至宰相薦呂文靖王沂公等二十餘人成仁宗之治 薦宰相莫若㓂凖簡右知人處徳不受萊公私求使相人宻薦李行 援張師 進用 宻記上欲除 姓名薛奎為發運謂曰東南民力竭矣人張士遜為江西漕謂曰朝廷𣙜利至矣 右用 處 焚日者與朝士徃還書欽擲陳彭年科塲條目國不報萊公倒用印事 若宻聞計惜之曰為 家斂怨於身亦沈括云茶法因北敵講解商人頓復故課増然 不及舊額蓋不虞之譽也 晦翁載其事言行録海東都事略載知貢舉避嫌盡出江南人 乞罷 北營田 公用足而民富然傷竒闕孝執子 中
