59  | 栁開，字仲塗，大名人。開寳六年，舉進士，雍熙中，為崇儀使、知寜逺軍，徙全州。全西延峝有粟，氏聚族五百餘人，常鈔刼民口糧畜，開為作衣帶巾，㡌選牙吏勇辯者得三輩，使入諭之曰：「爾能歸我，即有厚賞，給田為屋處之。不然，發兵深入，滅爾類矣！」粟氏懼，留二吏為質，率其酋四人與一吏偕来，開厚其犒賜，吏民争以鼔吹飲之，居數日，遣還，如期擕老㓜悉至，開即安其居業，作《時鑑》一篇，刻石戒之，遣其酋入朝，授本州上佐，賜開錢三十萬。淳化初，移知桂州。初，開在全州，甞於城北得泉石之勝，築室山椒，率士人講讀其間，邦人名其山曰栁山，以志遺愛云。 |
